Cromar Flexiglass BPO Catalyst 100g

Cromar Flexiglass Catalyst is a low viscosity dispersion of dibenzoyl peroxide specifically formulated for use in “curing” Cromar Flexiglass Resin.

Benefits:

·         Faster gel time than MEKP systems. (12 min. approx. at 20oC).

·         Faster gel to peak time than MEKP systems.

·         Lower exotherm than MEKP systems.

·         More stable and less separation than other BPO systems on the market.

·         Better dispersion than powder BPO systems, giving more consistent curing.

·         Easier and safer to use than powder BPO systems. (No dust, and more consistent  dosing, using supplied dispenser pump)

·         Less viscosity drift.

Application:

Cromar Flexiglass Catalyst is a low viscosity dispersion and may separate slightly on standing. It will remix easily and should be stirred immediately prior to use.
